Responsibilities
Provide support for production, quality, and engineering tasks.
Manage site capex projects from start to finish.
Submit MOC's as necessary and evaluate/approve them.
Collaborate with various departments to bring new products into production.
Investigate safety/quality incidents and customer complaints.
Support and participate in EHS and quality department programs.
Provide technical assistance for manufacturing issues.
Research and design process improvement methods.
Manage rework and aged material.
Work on preventive maintenance and improvement projects with maintenance.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required
A BS in Chemical Engineering and a minimum of three years chemical industry experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience in an ISO 9001 environment
Strong computer capabilities including Microsoft Excel and Office and SAP
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally, and to interface with multiple levels of the organization
Self-motivated and flexible individual with excellent organizational skills
Experience with capital projects is preferred
Project Management experience a plus
Preferred
Other engineering or technical disciplines will be considered if candidate has experience in chemical manufacturing or chemical process development
