Responsibilities

Tasked with leading other process engineers and data scientists and analysts in various aspects of execution of the contract, including designing, developing, and implementing new processes, conducting detailed analysis of process performance, and crafting suggestions and change management plans to aid continuous improvement.

Supports the design, development, and implementation of the Quality Management Plan (QMP) for the program under the direction of the Program Management Office.

Oversees the provision of updates for the Program Management Plan (PMP) and monthly status reports (MSRs) with a focus on current or predicted process performance, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and risk management.

Participates in all programmatic analysis efforts, specifically managing root cause analysis activities and development of corrective active plans.

Provides process documentation to prevent or correct performance issues and ensure quality control/quality assurance and improvement of quality.

Tasked with maintaining process documentation within the documentation library, including management of all content reviews, editing, and additions.

Offers decision analysis support regarding system capabilities relevant to logistics and equipment, enhancing the inventory management system by incorporating process efficiencies and continuous improvement practices.

Lead projects while applying improvement and change management principles, methodologies, and tools
