Responsibilities

Creates, maintains, and monitors release tracking artifacts to ensure proper utilization of ITIL processes, procedures, and policies

Executes product deployments, configuration promotions, and release verifications

Coordinates and leads evening release events

Prepares and conducts CAB meetings to review all Major changes

Researches, documents, evaluates, and reports on existing processes

Creates, organizes, and maintains process documentation

Collaborates with stakeholders to improve processes

Leads specific process improvement projects

Supports and handles security information requests

Supports and participates in customer and reseller audits

Supports and participates in ad hoc mass communication efforts
