Responsibilities
Identify areas within the Association or department’s processes that can be improved.
Examine existing processes to improve productivity and efficiencies.
Conduct thorough evaluations and analyze data to gain insights for process improvements.
Identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gather, and define scope and objectives.
Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process changes.
Collect relevant information from multiple sources, such as databases, reports, and employee feedback.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancing the identified processes.
Work closely with employees, managers, and leadership team to gain buy-in and support for the proposed improvements.
Communicate the benefits of change clearly, addressing any concerns during the transition.
Partner with executive leaders, process owners, project managers, and technology to ensure recommendations are implemented.
Develop methodology to measure the change and identify measures of success. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvements and track ongoing quantifiable gains from implementation.
Collaborate with full leadership team to inform of key aspects of process improvement methodology to build a culture supportive of the process into muscle memory building standard work into the quality system.
Routinely work with frontline staff from various departments to understand current practices.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices to continuously enhance the organization’s processes.

Required
Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Generally, two to four or more years of experience in planning, implementation and evaluations of improvements is required.
Familiar with Lean/Six Sigma practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient interpersonal relations, organization, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently with a high degree of accuracy to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to initiate, organize and prioritize work and maintain confidentiality.
Adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance is required.
