Be a Subject Matter Expert on Quality Processes and Concepts
Advocate for premium quality and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement quality assurance processes and tools
Support quality training coordination
Develop engineering solutions to quality problems
Conduct data and statistical analysis techniques
Implement Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis methods
Manage and maintain Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action Systems

Required

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong analytic thinking
Subject Matter Expert on the application and maintenance of Quality Processes and Concepts
Advocacy for customer to uphold premium quality
Develop and implement quality assurance processes and tools
Support quality training coordination
Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and quality problems
Conduct data and statistical analysis techniques
Implement Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis methods
Manage and maintain Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action Systems
At least five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred

BS in Quality, Manufacturing or Product Engineering
CQE (Certified Quality Engineer)
Six Sigma Yellow or higher
