Responsibilities
Maintenance of a Procurement and Contract Management Tracker
Develop and maintain a real-time procurement and contract management tracker within organization's file structures to provide staff easy access to up-to-date information on each procurements and contract's status.
Facilitate Request for Proposal Posting and Q&A Management.
Compilation and Provision of Scoring.
Compile and provide scoring sheets tailored to each procurement, structured to facilitate consistent, criteria-based evaluation.

Required
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, economics or a related field
3-5 years of procurement analyst management experience
Expert experience in analyzing data and making informed decisions based on that analysis.
Strong written communication skills to interact with internal/external stakeholders.
Experience in procurement Q&A Management.
Strong understanding of procurement software and tools for tracking.
Ability to ensure accuracy in contracts, orders, and financial records.
Must be a US Citizen.
Preferred
Certification a plus.
