Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessment, research, and analysis to identify bid opportunities and support PI team initiatives.
Manage and ensure compliance with bench contracts, blanket purchase orders, and other contracting vehicles.
Participate in project delivery, managing contract compliance, schedules, and action items.
Monitor public sector solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) and utilize online resources for market intelligence.
Maintain and update internal site registrations with public agencies.
Prioritize business pursuits in alignment with PI goals across advisory and transaction services.
Support knowledge management and internal communications for business development efforts.
Engage in effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure clear and timely project progression.

Required
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, public policy, English, or a related field
1-3 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for research or procurement experience
Strong organizational skills and business acumen, including excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred

Knowledge of commercial real estate
Familiarity with Adobe InDesign
