Responsibilities

Execute RFPs, RFIs, and RFx for high-impact, high-spend, complex products and services.
Analyze procurement data, market trends, and supplier performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sourcing strategies.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track procurement effectiveness and opportunities.
Monitor supplier performance, make recommendations, and influence stakeholders for additions/deletions from the supplier pool, which is the list of approved suppliers, as appropriate.
Actively monitor and maintain supplier price tracker and ensure supplier document compliance, which includes verifying that all necessary documents, such as contracts, certifications, and licenses, are up to date and in line with company standards.
Confidently leverage a broad suite of standard analytics tooling, such as PowerBI for data visualization, Snowflake for data warehousing, Arrowstream for supply chain management, and Inside Track for project management, that may require unique or complex integrations across systems.
Perform complex landed cost-benefit analyses to evaluate procurement strategies and identify opportunities for cost savings
Work on projects to identify cost reduction opportunities, analyze cost structures, and contribute to cost savings and avoidance targets.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, FS/QA, and logistics, to analyze data and support the seamless integration of procurement activities within the overall supply chain
Maintain accurate procurement data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making processes
Support regular supplier business reviews that capture spend, performance, technology roadmaps, business growth strategies, and supply market change
Partner with legal in negotiating and managing contract lifecycles, ensuring agreements are accurately executed, documented, reviewed, and renewed as needed.
Drive the implementation of new tools and processes to improve the brands' procurement strategy
Act as a leader, manager, and mentor within the organization, providing a unique opportunity for professional growth and leadership.

Required

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years’ relevant analytical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Supply chain experience within the food service or food manufacturing industry
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, analytics, or Management Information Systems
Contract negotiation strategies, including food safety, pricing, and technical terms
Experience with competitive bids and RFx’s, including but not limited to public tenders, private tenders, and negotiated procurements, is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, market volatility, and risk management strategies within commodity markets.
Knowledge of strategic sourcing processes, policies, and procedures.
Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an appreciation of and attention to essential details.
Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
Must be computer proficient (MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with intermediate to advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support team objectives and company goals.

This position requires up to 10% travel as needed to support key business initiatives
