Responsibilities
Bid Identification : Research and identify relevant technology procurement bids, contracts, and vendor opportunities from government and private sector sources.
Proposal and Submission Management : Prepare, review, and submit high-quality proposals and documentation to secure competitive bids in a timely manner.
Vendor and Contract Negotiation : Engage with vendors and stakeholders to negotiate terms, pricing, and timelines, ensuring favorable terms that meet our budgetary and technical requirements.
Contract Management : Oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance with terms and managing performance metrics throughout the contract lifecycle.
Market Analysis : Monitor trends and developments in the technology procurement space to stay updated on best practices and new opportunities.
Stakeholder Communication : Work closely with internal teams to understand technology needs, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery of contracted services and products.

Required
Proven experience in procurement, bid management, or contracts within the technology sector.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
Familiarity with government bidding processes and requirements.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred
Knowledge of technology products, services, and industry standards.
Experience with procurement software and contract management tools.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory guidelines for technology procurement.
