Responsibilities
Vendor Management: Develop, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable outcomes for Saviynt.
Strategic Sourcing: Identify new sources for products and services to ensure cost savings and risk management. Continuously assess market trends and supplier performance to recommend adjustments in sourcing strategies.
Procurement Process: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisition approvals, purchase orders, supplier selection, and contract management.
Policy enforcement: Update and maintain our Procure-to-Pay policy. Educate all teams across our organization on our Procurement Process and use of the platform. Enforce our policy to ensure cost controls.
Budget Management: Work closely with Finance to develop and manage procurement budgets. Track expenditures and savings initiatives to ensure cost efficiency. Work with other departments to develop projections for vendor and software renewals.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
Systems and Software: Manage procurement software, associated implementations and API connections
Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement metrics, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong understanding of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization and cost savings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performance teams.
A strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness, particularly in contract management and compliance documentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred
A master’s degree or relevant certifications (such as CPM or CPSM).
Experience in the technology or software industry.
Familiarity with contract management software and vendor evaluation tools.
