Responsibilities

Assists in producer management functions, including but not limited to licensing and appointment analysis and implementation for broker-partner relationships.

Ability to research, collect, evaluate data, and compile information from internal and external parties to meet producer management objectives.

Validate and investigate producer case and issue submissions to ensure business practice standards are being met in compliance with relevant regulations and statutes.

Respond to internal partners, external agencies, and producers, and interested parties with accuracy and independency.

Work with insurance licensing administration systems to interpret data and conduct research.

Ability to execute producer management service tasks including:

Agent & Agency appointments

E&O documentation handling

Organizational changes

Payee profile updates

Producer licensing

Agent & Agency terminations

Mergers & acquisitions
