Required

Expert in Agile and Scrum framework and its application in Product Development and delivery organization
Ability to collaborate and influence with people at various levels, domains, and business lines
Experience developing shared internal training & learning materials around Agile and product transformation
Ability to mentor and coach using skills such as facilitation, coaching, and conflict management; executive coaching experience, and ability to coach multiple teams across the product
Ability to work across domains such as product management, engineering, and delivery
Communicate technical challenges and impediments to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to understand challenges and guide individuals, teams, and H3S organization towards improvements
Ability to evaluate organizational maturity and create a plan to improve it
Ability to engage at the leadership level and influence the change agents/leaders
Ability to problem solve and work through complex challenges
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong coaching and mentoring ability on an individual and team basis
Ability to apply systems thinking to organizational improvements
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making, measure the impact of agile and lean initiatives, and identify areas for improvement.
5+ years of experience in leading Agile Transformation; Demonstrated understanding of scaling frameworks; experience using various Agile frameworks such as Kanban
Product Management experience
Strong Leadership qualities as well as the ability to operate with virtual teams based globally.
Interpersonal and people management skills.
Experience in complex software development projects
Experience applying Agile practices in large, complex organizations
Experience working and coordinating with external vendors
Excellent proficiency in verbal and written English. Other languages are an advantage
