Responsibilities

Create and maintain regular reports on product performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Creates, updates, and maintains Product and Release documentation (Release Notes, System Guides, etc.).

Develops, refines, and documents Product support materials (Ex: Visual collaboration documents, workflows, specifications, etc.) for end-consumer by a manufacturer, retailer, financial institution & affinity group, or directly to an end-consumer.

Track the success of implemented solutions through data analysis.

Analyze needs and prioritize projects/initiatives to product goals, including identifying customer problems, defining and prototyping solutions, developing user stories, monitoring and communicating ticket status, QA, and release coordination.

Analyze competitive products and market trends to provide insights on market positioning and product differentiation.

Conduct thorough market research to identify product innovation and improvements opportunities.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to implementing best practices within the product management team

Initiate all regulatory filings and ensure compliance with all agencies.
