Responsibilities

Influence Product Strategy: Work closely with the Chief Product officer as well as collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to influence strategic product decisions by providing data-driven impact assessments and forecasting the potential outcomes of product roadmaps.

Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose data-backed solutions to drive business growth.

Build Data-Driven Alignment: Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to the Engineering & Product organization and cross-functional stakeholders, fostering a data-driven culture.

Develop and Maintain KPIs: Design and implement a robust KPI framework for our product squads, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Data Integrity and Quality: Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity of data.

Collaborate on Data Infrastructure: Partner with stakeholders to build and maintain models for product analytics in BigQuery.
