Responsibilities
Understanding product capabilities for future and current state of application, determine changes that need to be made from a business standpoint
Ability to implement product solutions for specific teams with the business application that they are supporting
Provide support to development team as needed to thoroughly understand the requirement or request from the team
Participate in evaluations of past, present or future application changes
Communicate with internal and external teams to understand what current state and future state of organizations are
Interact with PM to provide project updates, scope, etc.

Required
3 – 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst
At least 2 years working within the assigned product – Tecsys
Understanding how to set up new departments, cost centers, job IDs, department structures, etc – different functionalities in the product
Understanding of how to get the MOST out of the applications
Mergers & Acquisition experience
Preferred
Healthcare experience
Merger & Acquisition experience specific to healthcare
