Responsibilities

Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate product performance and trends to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful product implementations.

Create and maintain clear product requirements with UAT steps to guide product implementation.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of products and features against experience and financial indicators.

Identify opportunities for product optimization and enhancements based on data analysis and user feedback.
