Responsibilities
Become an integral part of the Credit Builder product squad, establishing yourself as a key influencer, collaborator, and subject matter expert.
Define success metrics, design hypothesis-driven tests, and identify ways to enhance customer experience.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to assess opportunities, identify root causes, and estimate the impact of various changes on KPIs and financial outcomes.
Develop dashboards for monitoring metrics, key levers/inputs into forecasts, and progress towards objectives.
Present results through both written and verbal communication tailored for diverse audiences—from technical staff to executives.
Serve as the primary data partner for the Credit Builder team alongside finance, operations, and compliance teams as necessary.
Share expertise to assist teammates in improving processes and performance.

Required
Over 3 years of analytics experience with strong SQL skills.
Proficiency in Product Analytics; experience with financial, B2C, and/or SaaS products.
Exceptional communication skills, particularly the ability to convey complex qualitative and quantitative information clearly and concisely for technical, business, and executive audiences.
Familiarity with statistical concepts and expertise in exploratory data analysis.
Experience in designing, interpreting, and iterating on A/B tests, along with a practical understanding of experimentation methodologies and frameworks.
Ability to synthesize ambiguous problems and create effective frameworks for decision-making.
Proven capability to work collaboratively and exert influence without authority.
Creative thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
A strong sense of intellectual curiosity about users and products combined with humility, drive, and a teamwork-oriented mindset.
Preferred
Exposure to Python and ML.
Prior experience in a fast-paced consumer or fintech startup environment.
