Responsibilities

Assisting senior product managers in all aspects of product development, from concept to launch.

Working closely with the engineering team to translate product requirements into actionable tasks.

Owning ad hoc projects as necessary, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

Assisting in the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and product FAQs.

Communicating product updates and enhancements to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required

1+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles (internship experience may be considered)

Passionate for technology and have a desire to learn and grow in the field of product management

Familiarity with SQL and Excel for product analysis

Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Able to make complex things easy and clear to different stakeholders, and can facilitate clear communication between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to create effective and engaging narratives
