Responsibilities
Serve as the primary legal counsel for digital accessibility across the entire family of apps.
Provide strategic legal advice on compliance with global digital accessibility laws, including the European Accessibility Act, CVAA, Canadian Accessibility Act, and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
Collaborate with product, design, policy, and engineering teams to shape and guide accessibility strategy.
Lead cross-functional legal meetings, provide guidance to internal legal teams, liaise with outside counsel, and address legal questions related to accessibility.
Participate in weekly calls with the central accessibility team and representatives from each app in the company’s portfolio.

Required
Proven experience advising on accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.2 AA.
Experience serving as in-house legal counsel, preferably within the technology sector.
Ability to operate at a Senior Staff level in an individual contributor (IC) capacity.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
