Required

Exceptional communication skills

Experience interpreting business requirements and translating them into tangible product specifications that can be leveraged by technical and non-technical teams

Knowledge of engineering and project management workflows

Awareness of technology infrastructure and software stacks

Experience coordinating efforts across multiple teams and managing follow-through

Creative problem solver that loves rolling up their sleeves and getting work done

Proven track record working in a team environment

Professional experience in a product capacity

Ability to work occasionally on weekends and evenings (in New York time)

Preferred

Candidates willing to work in a hybrid environment out of our Manhattan, New York based office are preferred, but exceptional remote-only candidates will be considered
