Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize scalable data models and ETL pipelines to ensure seamless data integration and support analytics initiatives.
Perform in-depth data analyses using SQL and BI tools to uncover actionable insights and forecast trends aligned with business objectives.
Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, and Power BI to track KPIs and visualize data for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables and effectively communicate findings.
Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency by establishing rigorous validation and governance processes.

Required
Minimum of 5 years in data analytics or a related field, with hands-on experience in SQL development, BI tools, and data modeling.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and ETL pipeline development.
Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong experience working in cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with a knack for developing scalable solutions to data challenges.
Preferred
Certifications in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics.
Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or supply chain optimization.
