Responsibilities

Report directly to the VP of Engineering and collaborate with architects, designers, mechanical, manufacturing, and software engineers.
Drive production ramp up and develop, test, and implement product design changes.
Work in a hands-on role in production and design with a high amount of responsibility and autonomy.
Produce results on short timelines both individually and in collaboration with others.
Manage and collaborate with key suppliers to support production and engineering milestones.

Required

1+ years experience in content creation and social media management
Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling narratives both collaboratively and autonomously
Curious and highly collaborative personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle tasks across multiple projects and meet deadlines
Self-motivated and adaptive to fluctuating project priorities, with a passion for learning new skills and taking on new challenges
Passion for Cover's mission and values
Proficiency in basic editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems

Preferred

Experience in handling inbound inquiries or client management support and providing excellent customer service and follow through
Experience with email marketing platforms and best practices
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
Exposure to architecture, construction, or real estate
