Manage a small team of designers, supporting their personal and professional growth.

Partner with Product, Tech, and Insights leads to set the mission for the organization.

Lead projects across the product lifecycle, from concept to rollout, ensuring user-centric outcomes.

Challenge the status quo on creativity and design quality.

Promote team's work to drive alignment across other teams.

Required

Experience leading Product and Content Designers in a fast-paced product development environment

Proven record of working on audio and visual experiences for creator communities

Leadership skills with practical design experience

Experience shipping consumer products and building customer-first product experiences

Keen eye for detail and ability to provide effective direction and feedback to designers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to solve ambiguous problems and lead with a perspective
