Responsibilities
Research and Insights: Understand project goals and execute comprehensive research plans.
Actionable Recommendations: Translate research insights into actionable guidelines for design and implementation.
Study Preparation: Develop study plans, moderator guides, and other essential research artifacts.
Data Synthesis: Analyze and report findings to teams and stakeholders, using storytelling and data visualizations.
Participant Management: Recruit and schedule participants from various sources to match our target personas.
User Research: Conduct usability studies, competitive analyses, and diary studies.
Refine Personas: Update and refine user personas to guide product and design decisions.
Collaborative Design: Partner with UX designers to iterate on design concepts based on research.
Skill Development: Facilitate the growth of the research skills within the UX team.

Required
1-3 years in both qualitative and quantitative user research across all stages: scoping, recruiting, data gathering, analyzing, and presenting.
Thorough understanding of design thinking, user-centered design, interaction design, and heuristics.
Eager to contribute to and drive brainstorming and iterative development.
Ability to work openly and collaboratively, documenting insights to inform design visions.
Driven to uncover and clarify information, justifying decisions that enhance user experiences.
Proficiency in creating presentations, facilitating user sessions, and conveying insights through storytelling.
Skill in preparing and leading interactive workshops, ideation sessions, and data-driven decision-making.
High level of quality execution in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Preferred
Experience with recruiting methods, tools, in-app guides and surveys, business intelligence (BI) tools, and customer journey management.
Experience researching SaaS products or services.
Familiarity with agile software development best practices and cloud architecture.
Experience with enterprise software design/development.
