Responsibilities

Build a deep understanding of risk & compliance experiences across different types of businesses, and synthesize data and research into clear user problems.

Develop an opinionated strategy to solve problems at scale for the long term, along with short term tactics.

Partner with a cross-functional team of PMs, engineers, researchers, operations, and strategists to define and execute on a product roadmap that is grounded in user insights, and thus drives user and business outcomes.

Design, prototype, and test the experiences you envision.

Work closely with engineering to ensure your designs are built as intended.

Understand quantitative and qualitative signals to evaluate both user and business impact of experiences.

Required

4+ years relevant design experience at a product-driven tech company.

Experience designing data-rich UX at scale.

Demonstrated ability to think through experiences across multiple surfaces and touchpoints.

Experience aligning a broad set of stakeholders via strong written and verbal communication skills.

A portfolio showcasing high quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design solutions solving real user problems.

Preferred

Experience working on onboarding and/or compliance space.

Demonstrated autonomy and resilience on a fast-paced team.
