Apply design practice to rich problem spaces to make product experiences interactive, accessible, and beautiful.

Find the right balance between familiar workflows and compelling innovation.

Present to and build consensus with designers, product team leads, and business stakeholders.

Design for complex use cases or enterprise applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to create software used by much of the Fortune 500.

Partner with and receive feedback from fellow designers across globally distributed teams.

Take on complex problems and engage in constant learning.

Required

Online interaction design portfolio or use cases to review

3+ years of professional experience in interaction, user experience or product design; or 2+ years and an advanced degree in design

1+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams (product managers/owners, engineers, QA, researchers, writers)

Open to reporting to the office flex-hybrid structure (50%)

Preferred

1+ years of experience presenting to and building consensus with designers, product team leads, and business stakeholders

Very good organization, communication, problem solving, and critique skills

Experience designing for complex use cases or enterprise applications
