Responsibilities
Lead user research initiatives and translate findings into actionable design solutions
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user flows, journey maps, and system diagrams
Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma/FigJam
Contribute to our evolving design system while ensuring consistent implementation
Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle
Balance research insights with business requirements to deliver impactful solutions

Required
At least three years of design experience.
Expert proficiency in Figma/FigJam for both production work and prototyping.
Demonstrated ability to work within established design systems.
Strong documentation capabilities for complex user flows and system architectures.
Experience creating and organizing both low and high-fidelity design files.
Solid understanding of accessibility standards and implementation.
Strong design judgment with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to recognize patterns and effectively reuse components.
Experience translating research insights into concrete design solutions.
Systematic approach to problem-solving and design challenges.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Open to iterative feedback and able to adapt designs on the fly.
Collaborative mindset with experience working across functions.
User-centric and journey-focused design approach.
Preferred
Healthcare experience is desirable, but not required.
