Responsibilities

Lead the design strategy for client products, ensuring design aligns with business goals and market needs

Act as a key partner to clients, guiding product direction and decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, stakeholders)

Oversee the full design process from research, ideation, and prototyping to user testing and final delivery

Maintain strong relationships with clients, presenting and iterating on designs to meet business objectives

Guide and support junior designers while ensuring high-quality design outcomes
