Responsibilities

Collaborate with product owners and the user community to gather and prioritize UX/UI requirements and feedback.

Lead and execute the design process for web interfaces, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

Lead the development and implementation of a design system to create a consistent and user-friendly experience.

Collaborate with developers, data engineers and data scientists to ensure alignment within the implementation and feasibility of designs prior to deployment.

Engage with user community and stakeholders prior to, during and after deployment to facilitate usability analysis throughout the design and development process.

Required

Active Secret Clearance required.

Preferred

Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including business end users, solution architects, engineers, and developers.

Experience working within an Agile Software Development environment.

Experience working within a product team focused on a data analytics platform.

Experience in user research, including conducting moderated interviews, user testing, persona creation, information architecture, and workflow creation.

Previous experience in the government contracting space.

Experience in web app design.

Experience working in a start-up environment.
