Responsibilities
User-Centered Design: Develop intuitive, engaging designs that simplify complex workflows and cater to diverse user personas.
UX/UI Expertise: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with our product goals and brand identity.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product managers, and engineers, to bring ideas to life.
Feedback-Driven Iteration: Use qualitative and quantitative insights to refine designs and improve user experiences.
Brand Representation: Help elevate the PFF brand by ensuring design consistency across all platforms and marketing efforts.
Product Marketing Materials: Provide the marketing team with advertising materials for product features.

Required
3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design and digital design.
Proven ability to design for complex user journeys and multiple personas in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Experience in designing product mock-ups for advertising purposes.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe.
Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of UX/UI projects and creative digital designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
Passion for football and an understanding of the sports industry.
