Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and drive the design vision, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric experience.

Lead end-to-end design projects that shape core aspects of the product—from research and conceptualization to wireframing, prototyping, and final design.

Continuously refine and innovate our product’s user experience with a focus on usability, accessibility, and user delight.

Partner with development teams to ensure design feasibility, work with product managers to prioritize improvements, and validate solutions through user testing and feedback.

Share your expertise to mentor team members, champion design best practices, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing design culture.

Leverage expertise in Figma to create and maintain organized design systems, brand guidelines, and toolkits, collaborate on shared projects, and iterate efficiently based on feedback.

Required

Proven experience in product design and user experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful product designs.

Experience with a user-centric design approach, driven by a genuine curiosity about the product and user behavior, including collecting user insights, conducting usability testing, and mapping user journeys to inform and validate design decisions.

Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across departments.

Proficiency in Figma, including expertise in design systems and iterative workflows.
