Responsibilities

Work closely and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA team members in an Empowered Team approach.

Design intuitive product experiences that are formulated through user-driven discovery and validation.

Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.

Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, typography, whitespace, visual weight, etc.)

Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in the UX discipline.

Required

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing digital and mobile projects

At least 2 years of experience as a UX Designer in areas such as customer strategy, user research, information architecture, customer experience design, product design or other similar areas

At least 3 years of experience in leading small/medium-sized projects, including the ability to navigate scope, work with large teams and present ideas to clients

Thorough knowledge of user-centered design principles and traditional design principles, with expertise in how to apply them within a visual design system

Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc

Experience using tools such as Figma, AdobeXD, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz

Creative ideas with problem-solving mindset

Experience working in an agile/scrum development process

Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview
