Responsibilities
Defining problem spaces, interpreting data, research, and intuition to create novel solution to connect people with businesses
Self-Identifying new product offerings that address people's current unmet needs
Representing work in larger presentations and in senior leadership reviews
Designing scalable and modular product experiences and evolve design system to create immersive experiences
Identifying opportunities for simplification across monetization products, and drive a broader system design effort for nextGen experiences

Required
Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals
Ability to use prototypes to visualize and test concepts
Ability to generate innovative ideas and iterate quickly on them
Highly collaborative partner that can bridge opportunities and drive alignment with other teams
Ability to successfully frame a discussion to elicit the desired feedback needed to drive results
Experience working with a tight-knit, talented team, with a track-record of delivering quality work
