Responsibilities
You will design, develop, and enhance features across OnePlan’s product offerings, ensuring they align with customer needs and industry trends.
Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, data scientists, and other developers to create a seamless user experience.
You’ll ensure that your code is of the highest quality, adhering to coding standards and best practices in software development.
Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure that the product runs smoothly and is free of errors.
Stay updated on the latest software development trends, tools, and frameworks.

Required
Proven expertise with 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in developing SaaS or enterprise-level products.
2+ years of experience with ASP.Net and C#.
2+ years experience with JavaScript, Jquery, etc.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure apps and services.
Experience in developing, debugging and maintaining code in object-oriented languages and database querying languages.
Strong coding, debugging, algorithm design and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies, including working in sprints and adapting to iterative product development cycles.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred
Experience working with AI or machine learning technologies.
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams.
Previous experience with OnePlan and/or PPM tools.
Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
