Responsibilities
Help with the development of seasonal collections and exclusive collaborations from initial sketches to finished garments.
Organize and maintain digitizing of patterns, label samples, and update sample work in progress reports.
Assist in the allocation of patterns and sample cutting/sewing between atelier and external factories/freelancers.
Coordinate with raw materials team to plan fabric and trim arrivals.
Attend internal meetings with cross-functional teams and communicate any issues with patterns, samples, construction, fabrics, and trims.
Visit local factories daily for material drop-offs and sample pick-ups.
Support the design team by updating tech packs, providing patterns, raw materials, and maintaining style/BOMs in RLM.

Required
2-3 years’ experience in Product Development role.
A desire to learn and succeed.
Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
Basic knowledge of garment construction and patterns.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-growing company.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. ERP/PLM system experience required with RLM experience preferred.
