Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and launch of a SaaS product that incorporates AI and machine learning for predictive scheduling.
Oversee the development and integration of ML models to predict call volumes and optimize resource scheduling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive product enhancements and ensure market relevance.
Manage user testing initiatives, gather feedback, and refine features to deliver an exceptional user experience.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, technical specifications, and updates.
Foster collaboration across engineering, design, and business teams to ensure seamless product development.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in product management or development, particularly with SaaS solutions.
Deep understanding of data science, AI, and machine learning concepts and applications.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
A passion for technology, innovation, and making a tangible impact on public safety.
Preferred
Familiarity with predictive analytics, resource optimization, and public safety operations is a plus.
