Responsibilities
Developing new tech solutions according to our client’s requirements and industry to create functional, high-quality ERP solutions.
Testing products to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
Improving and updating existing product solutions as per the latest industry updates.
Working closely with other teams to ensure that the product design is efficient and smooth.
Conducting market research to inform product development decisions.
Perform product testing, analysis and updates on a quarterly/annual basis.
Work with product managers to develop product roadmaps and timelines.
Collaborate with other engineers and designers to solve complex technical problems.
Develop and implement testing procedures and product prototypes.
Provide technical support to customers and other team members as needed.
Stay updated with industry trends and implement changes in the systems accordingly.
Regular and consistent attendance and availability.
Special projects and other duties assigned.

Required
3+ years of experience developing or managing business processes or product offerings.
Knowledge of product development processes, including ideation, design and testing.
Strong attention to detail with a creative eye for solving complex problems.
Preferred
Experience with Sharepoint and Microsoft Copilot / Azure AI a plus
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques including Microsoft DevOps.
Understanding of regulatory requirements for product development.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with other teams to explain product designs.
Passion for innovation and creating new products that solve real-world problems.
