Responsibilities
Continuous improvement of existing products, sustaining engineering, design, and development activities.
Review factory orders to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.
Collaborate with other divisions to ensure smooth fabrication processes.
Assist in resolving technical issues encountered in production.
Lead product certification and compliance activities for AHRI and ETL certifications.
Prepare necessary project documents including drawings, specifications, and manuals.
Provide technical support to various departments and customers on engineering matters and product quality feedback.
Assist in sourcing components and evaluating vendor quality.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Product Manager.

Required
Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences and industries, added advantages if have relevant experiences in Air-cooled, water-cooled, screw and centrifugal comps product design, testing and manufacturing process.
Organizational skills necessary to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
Good written and verbal English communication skills and presentation skills.
Possess strong management skills and ability to train others.
Effective planning and control of multiple concurrent projects.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Knowledge of engineering software such as Solidworks, Inventor, FEA, Visual Basic, AutoCAD, would be an added advantage.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's or Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
