Responsibilities

New Product Introduction for DSM/LNA product line

ATE, Probe, and Characterization data analysis and summary reports

Developing production ATE test specifications

Creating and managing product documentation

Providing product development support which involves interfacing with Design, Test Engineering, Quality Engineering, and others

Driving cost reduction activities such as second sources qualification, yield enhancement, test time reduction, etc.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with strong exposure to RF parameters. Entry level position.

Good understanding of RF parameters, strong data analysis skills, electronics manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to debug production and development issues, such as on ATE or bench characterization

Preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with technical and detailed documentation

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong organizational capabilities

Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional and cross-site teams, foster teamwork
