Responsibilities
Provides support to State Managers in a large state or group of small states in the quest for profitable growth
Works with team members to research, conduct high-quality analyses, report, and communicate key product performance metrics
Researches key business data using statistical analysis and data mining to understand historical patterns that can be utilized to improve business performance

Required
Must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree program, with a scheduled graduation between December 2025 and June 2026
Qualifying majors include Risk Management, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or other STEM fields
A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects
Self-directed and able to work with little supervision
Interest in insurance and financial services
Good collaborative and relationship-building skills
This position is a hybrid role and may require regular reporting to the office.
