Responsibilities

Drive product pilot, launch, and post-launch activities

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to develop launch plans and risk mitigation strategies

Oversee the execution of the plan throughout the product lifecycle in close coordination with the product team

Address escalations and resolve issues proactively to prevent project disruptions

Analyze pilot data and present findings to stakeholders for decision-making on full-scale launches

Develop and maintain SOPs for various processes

Manage an average of 5 product launches simultaneously

Conduct data analysis and provide insights based on findings

Lead high-level conference calls with key stakeholders

Handle multiple projects concurrently

SOP WritingProject ManagementData Analysis

Required

Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or a related field

Strong background in writing SOPs

Experience working with technical products, particularly system-driven solutions like online support systems and transportation management optimization

Experience in collaborating with international teams and regions

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in project management methodologies

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality deliverables

Proven track record of successful project management

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
