Required
5+ years of experience handling technology transactions required
Prior experience negotiating, drafting, reviewing and/or editing IP licensing and/or joint development agreements required
Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
Outstanding references
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
Preferred
Prior experience at an Am Law 200 corporate law firm or a corporate legal department is strongly preferred
