Responsibilities

Drive innovative solutions to meet market demands and stay ahead of competitors.
Collaborate effectively with various teams including Tech and Member Experience.
Conduct regular product reviews and make recommendations for improvements.

Required

5+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose creative solutions.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development tools.
Experience with data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Knowledge of U.S. markets, market structure, and clearing.
Desire to learn new things and be flexible in a quickly changing environment.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex operational setting.

Preferred

Knowledge of international markets is a plus.
