Responsibilities

Define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap for AI-powered solutions in healthcare, aligned with business objectives and customer needs

Work with stakeholders to prioritize and refine product features based on market demand, user feedback, and regulatory requirements

Ensure that all AI product development aligns with the company's long-term strategy and drives tangible business outcomes

Regularly assess market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy and innovation

Lead data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and insights to optimize product performance and user experience

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX/UI, and compliance, to drive the delivery of high-quality AI solutions

Manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories, features, and requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for development

Ensure that AI models and algorithms are effectively integrated into the product and meet performance, accuracy, and scalability standards

Work closely with data science and engineering teams to refine AI models, improve product performance, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Continuously iterate on products and features based on user feedback, analytics, and market needs to improve value and impact

Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments to ensure smooth execution of product development and delivery

Clearly communicate product goals, timelines, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Maintain a user-centric approach in all aspects of product development, ensuring that the final product meets the needs and expectations of healthcare providers and patients

Work closely with legal, compliance, and security teams to ensure that all product features and AI algorithms meet regulatory and ethical requirements
