Responsibilities
Uncover insights from analytics, user research, market research, and input from cross-functional partners
Test proposed product strategy against customer needs and market gaps identified through user interviews
Refine near-term priorities into concrete product requirements based on suggested strategic direction
Be a subject matter expert in your area; you will be the 'go-to' person within the company to answer questions about product capabilities and future plans
Define, prioritize, build, launch, document, and iterate on new product features through the lens of hypotheses and validation of those hypotheses
Partner closely with other product teams to deliver against key strategic priorities
Balance long-term bets with short-term improvements, optimizing for speed of learning and time to impact
Bring a fresh perspective to our team, offering suggestions we haven’t considered, pointing out problems that need to be solved, and helping us move forward in our mission

Required
2-4 years of software product management experience or equivalent transferable experience with a proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions
Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills, and a proactive communication style
Ability to think strategically and make tough prioritization decisions
Analytical abilities to frame the impact of your work
A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity
Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and driving positive environmental impact
Preferred
Basic data analysis skills, including ability to write SQL queries
Experience working with electric utilities, batteries, IoT, or related industry
