Responsibilities

Drive and track success criteria of a our savings offers and campaigns. Partner with others to identify short-term investment opportunities and collaborate with partners to garner support for those opportunities.

Demonstrate ability to define a campaign. Own the campaign roadmap and partner across engineering, product and other stakeholders to bring it to life.

Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform product decisions and measure success.

Partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses to incrementally improve product development in specific areas. Manage some merchant and retailer relationships and build trust with targeted customers.

Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, user research, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

Communicate affiliate and campaign strategy, progress, and updates effectively to senior leadership, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Required

Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development + OR equivalent experience.

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development + OR equivalent experience.
