Responsibilities

Quality control process development for Lunawood LLC production
Partner support in the US market in technical matters
Product and solution development, especially of the locally sourced hardwood
Testings of different wood species and co-operation with testing partners and labs
Correct product information
Solving more difficult technical issues together with sales
Technical customer service and partner trainings
