Responsibilities

Hands-on execution of our backlog: Manage platform features, third-party integrations, and seller experience for timely, high-quality results.

Collaboration with founders & global teams: Work closely with Business Development, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to implement rapid improvements that enhance the Seller & Customer Experience.

Melbourne time zone alignment: Collaborate effectively with our Australian tech team while working on Melbourne time.

Streamlining catalog expansion: Implement tools and processes across key categories (electronics, fashion, sports, gaming, etc.) for efficient scaling.

Coordinating launches and operations: Support strategic partnerships with major marketplaces, brands, and Telcos to ensure success across regions.

Integrating AI technology: Automate processes and enhance workflows to boost team efficiency.

Required

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a high-scale startup (marketplace, consumer or e-commerce environment)

Strong problem-solving skills paired with solid business acumen.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Flexible and resourceful, with a hands-on approach to overcoming challenges.

Thrives in fast-paced startup environments, embracing minimal direction, innovative thinking, and learning from failure
