Responsibilities
End-to-End Product Ownership: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from roadmap development to go-to-market strategy, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and impact.
Data-Centric Cybersecurity Expertise: Apply your deep understanding of cybersecurity to design practical use cases that address key risks such as data retention and sensitive information accumulation.
Customer Alignment: Engage directly with customers to understand their security challenges, refine use cases, and ensure the platform meets their specific needs.
Use Case Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate use cases into Qostodian, ensuring they provide actionable insights and tangible risk reduction.
Efficient Requirement Creation: Utilize tools like ChatGPT to streamline the creation of detailed product requirements, reducing time spent on brainstorming and documentation while maintaining high accuracy.
Documentation & Quality Assurance: Create user guides, release notes, and technical specifications while ensuring robust QA processes for reliable product performance.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful deployment of product features and their adoption by customers.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Define and monitor KPIs related to risk reduction and feature impact, using these insights to guide product iterations and improvements.

Required
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in data-centric cybersecurity, with a deep understanding of risk management, data security, and compliance challenges.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in product management, particularly in developing customer-aligned use case scenarios.
Familiarity with tools and environments such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and Google Workspace.
Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering value to enterprise customers.
Preferred
Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows is a plus.
Strategically prioritizing candidates who reside in the province of Quebec or Ontario.
Experience working in a Startup environment.
