Responsibilities

Manage various customer-focused projects in support of the commercial business unit for a Life Sciences company.

Bring deep business analysis experience to iterate on product development and address business needs.

Conduct interviews and workshops and work closely with the Client.

Develop use cases and wireframes, focusing on user design and design methodology.

Understand the business problem, perform gap analysis and create current & future state, arriving at/designing the high-level solution.

Coordinate with the Client who will handle drafting the business case, source-to-target mapping, user stories and transformation logic.

Work across global teams in US, S. America, and MENA, accommodating all timezones.
